Overview
Alan Wake 2 is a survival horror game from Remedy Entertainment, the Espoo-based studio behind Max Payne and Control. It follows two protagonists — an FBI agent in the Pacific Northwest and a novelist trapped in a nightmarish version of New York.

The Game
Remedy has always been interested in stories that bend in on themselves, and Alan Wake 2 is its most ambitious attempt. Live-action sequences, music and in-game writing are woven into the play, not placed around it.

Gameplay
Combat is deliberate and resource-limited: light weakens enemies before they can be harmed. Between encounters, you assemble clues on a mental case board, or rewrite scenes of the story to change the world.

Multiplayer
Alan Wake 2 is a single-player game. It is intended for adult players.
